Summary

Phillips Outsourcing Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the power or energy sector, with a solid grasp of project coordination, documentation, and operational processes. This role supports the project management team in planning, monitoring, and executing energy-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing energy or power projects.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Assist in managing project risks and identifying potential issues.
  • Support compliance and regulatory documentation for project implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with energy industry standards, documentation, and compliance processes.
