Summary
Phillips Outsourcing Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the power or energy sector, with a solid grasp of project coordination, documentation, and operational processes. This role supports the project management team in planning, monitoring, and executing energy-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing energy or power projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Assist in managing project risks and identifying potential issues.
- Support compliance and regulatory documentation for project implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with energy industry standards, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate for immediate onboarding.
