About the job

We require a Lettings and Property Manager for a Premier Estate Agent and Buyers Agent (company in the UK). Prospective candidate would be based in Nigeria and work remotely with our UK team.

Lettings
  • Vetting tenants
  • Apply for references
  • Listing Long Let properties on portals
Short Let
  • Listing Short Let properties portals
  • Accepting bookings
  • Arranging check in and check out
  • Source and negotiate short let properties
  • Arrange and coordinate cleaning of properties
Management
  • Ensure that repairs to properties are carried out on time
  • Contact contractors about property repairs
  • Follow up with contractors and tenants regarding repairs
  • Search for more contractors to add to our books
  • Ensure that properties comply with the relevant laws
  • Ensure that all certificates are kept up-to-date
  • Ensure that invoices, monthly statements, and annual statements are sent to clients.
  • Online marketing (social media)
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Data collecting and maintenance of company systems
  • Liaising with heads of departments to ensure all required systems and elements are in place before a tenancy commences i.e., gas safety and electrical certificates, inventory and lease

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in Property Management role.
  • Must be target driven.
  • Strong verbal, written skills.
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Must be able to conduct team meetings and resolve problems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise.
  • Be passionate about new technology.
