Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the real estate market with a proven track record of success in selling real estate, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
- As a real estate sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, such as homes, apartments, and commercial buildings, on behalf of the company.
- You will utilize your knowledge of the local real estate market and your networking skills to identify potential buyers. Your main goal is to ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction that meets the needs and requirements of all parties involved.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Follow-up on leads and convert them to buyers
- Qualify leads and identify their needs
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Inspect and Arrange property viewings for potential buyers providing them with accurate information about the property.
- Market and advertise properties for sale
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company
- Oversee the closing process
- Provide clients with advice and support throughout the buying and selling process
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and trends
- Meet with potential buyers and sellers to discuss their needs and goals
- Research and analyze market conditions to determine the best price for a property
- They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Building and maintaining a network of contacts to increase potential sales opportunities.
- Keeping up-to-date with real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven work experience as a real estate sales representative or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The job may involve irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and property viewings.
