Recruitment Intern at MyJobMag Limited

The mission of MyJobMag is to address the core employment issues in Africa, encompassing both the quality of employers and employees, as well as the process of finding suitable opportunities. Our range of services spans from providing guidance for internships and career counseling to offering training and customized job search assistance. We are dedicated to being a comprehensive resource for job seekers.

Primary responsibilities consist of:

1. Screening and selecting candidates
2. Arranging interview appointments
3. Conducting interviews for specific roles
4. Compiling interview evaluations
5. Contacting potential clients
6. Dispatching emails to potential leads and existing clients
7. Overseeing customer interactions

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
2. Achieved at least a Second-Class Upper Division
3. Demonstrated a positive demeanor
4. Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills
