Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of our business solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in Sales, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong B2B sales experience, particularly in software solutions or technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to position solutions effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
