Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of our business solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in Sales, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong B2B sales experience, particularly in software solutions or technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to position solutions effectively.
