Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to promote our consulting services. This role is essential in helping us grow and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct presentations on our consulting services to prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools; report regularly to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain diverse client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Results-driven with a proactive sales approach.
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and market trends.
Salary

₦180,000 monthly.
