Job Overview
- Generate leads and drive sales for our services.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Present and promote admissions consulting services to individuals and institutions.
- Provide detailed information on the firm’s offerings, addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions and provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and potential challenges.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall department efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in related industries is a plus.
