Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
• Sharing daily reports with management on shift activities.
• Analyzing production metrics and performance reports for higher management.
• Communicating with other shift supervisors for smooth transitions.
• Managing manpower deployment according to employee availability.
• Knowledge in machine management.
• Scheduling machine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintaining production, maintenance, and quality documentation.
• Suggesting and implementing continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinating and managing production workers.
• Monitoring equipment operation and addressing issues.
• Reporting production metrics and performance to higher management.
• Training and mentoring new production staff.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience with a technical background.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to make timely, detailed reports.
• Planning and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Critical and technical thinking.
• Computer literate.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Salary:

₦80,000 monthly.
