Site Architect / Engineer

• Providing technical guidance to subcontractors, skilled artisans, and workers at a construction site. Supervising and managing construction sites and projects.
• Ensuring the quality of construction work. Performing tasks such as site layout, leveling, and surveying. Verifying the accuracy of plans, drawings, and quantities for calculations.
• Overseeing site security and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently coordinating both material and human resources. Managing design documents on construction sites.
• Coordinating with local authorities to ensure adherence to local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Reporting progress and other updates to superiors. Adapting plans as needed to address setbacks or challenges.

Requirements

• A minimum of an HND/BSC in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• At least three years of on-site experience. Professional certification is a plus. Residency within or near Kuje, Abuja is a requirement.
