Technical Support Interns at Mainone Cable

Job Responsibilities
As the Technical Support Intern, your role will encompass the following key functions:
- Configuration, testing, and provisioning of customers on the CRM platform.
- Coordination of third-party installation and support activities.
- Allocation of new requests and opportunities gathered from the MainOne website.
- Generation of weekly reports focusing on incidents, opportunities, and complaints.
- Management and monitoring of network systems.
- Execution of initial fault troubleshooting tasks.
- Collaboration with OEMs to address technical issues.
- Interaction with vendors for customer installations.
- Escalation of unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
- Thorough analysis of customer complaints and issues to provide lasting solutions.
- Ongoing dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of complaints.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
To excel in this role, the following qualifications and attributes are required:
- A BSc or HND in a relevant field.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Possession of a CCNA certification is considered advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a valuable asset.
Job Demands
This position entails several demands, including:
- Consistent communication with customers to comprehend their requests and complaints, following through until issues are resolved.
- Occasional requirement to work beyond regular office hours.
- A need for patience and exemplary communication skills to navigate complex technical issues effectively.
