Admin Supervisor at GUO Transport Company Limited

Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Monitoring: Utilize web-based logistics systems to monitor inventory and vehicle shipments.
- Process Improvement: Review logistics processes and recommend enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation costs, inventory issues, and fulfillment metrics to optimize operations.
- Data Management: Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data, including product availability and delivery reliability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor facilities for receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity while identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment is in proper working order and maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
- Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between employees and contractors for resolving specialized issues.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and participate in emergency preparedness planning.
- Supply Management: Maintain and reorder inventory supplies as needed.
- Security Oversight: Apply knowledge of security requirements and techniques to ensure facility safety.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Knowledge of property and maintenance contracts.
- Understanding of building specifications and requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating and maintaining reports and logs.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Results-oriented and quality-focused approach.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Salary
₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly.
