Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious and results-oriented Business Developers to identify and build strong relationships with SMEs and retailers. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners and expanding our customer base for PoS terminals. This role is primarily remote, but may require occasional physical visits to client business locations or attendance at in-person training sessions when necessary.

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard businesses in need of payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Explore new market opportunities for business expansion.
• Consistently meet and exceed business development targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HND or B.Sc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in business development, fintech, or sales is an advantage.
• Must reside in Lagos.
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools.
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
