Our client is an Industrial Power Backup Solutions provider in Nigeria, dedicated to delivering reliable and efficient power solutions tailored to the needs of financial institutions, industrial organizations, and distribution companies.

They specialize in the supply and deployment of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Inverters, Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR), and Batteries, supporting businesses with dependable energy continuity.

Position Overview: Business Development Executive

Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships within the renewable energy and power solutions space.

The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience in the renewable energy/power industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Salary: ₦200,000 Net

Gender: Female (For gender balancing purpose)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Promote and sell power solutions including UPS, Inverters, AVRs, and Batteries
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in the Renewable Energy / Power industry
  • Strong understanding of power backup solutions such as UPS, Inverters, AVRs, and Batteries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Residence in or close to Surulere is strongly preferred for ease of commute
