Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the company’s growth and market expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share. This role requires a proactive individual who combines analytical thinking with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, while consistently reflecting the company’s core values of urgency, reliability, and trust in every engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with the company’s objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and bids that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and service delivery.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably within a service-oriented or technology-driven industry.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM and business management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
