Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of the company’s investment products. This role requires a result-driven individual who is passionate about finance, sales, and customer engagement. The officer will drive brand awareness, execute marketing campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction to support business expansion.
Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for mutual funds, fixed income, and portfolio management services.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and client meetings.

Promote the company’s products through digital platforms, physical channels, and referrals.

Support the creation of marketing content, proposals, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

Suggest innovative strategies for product positioning and brand visibility.

Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal company guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

2–3 years’ proven experience in sales/marketing (preferably in financial services).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly (depending on experience).
