Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of the company’s investment products. This role requires a result-driven individual who is passionate about finance, sales, and customer engagement. The officer will drive brand awareness, execute marketing campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction to support business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for mutual funds, fixed income, and portfolio management services.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and client meetings.

• Promote the company’s products through digital platforms, physical channels, and referrals.

• Support the creation of marketing content, proposals, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

• Suggest innovative strategies for product positioning and brand visibility.

• Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal company guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

• 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales/marketing (preferably in financial services).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly (depending on experience).
