Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about marketing, customer engagement, brand development, and business growth. You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, generating leads, and supporting the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other communication channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and support business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, product launches, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
