Key Responsibilities

Create sales orders and invoices for direct sales requests from both sales team and customers
-
Prepare and process sales return transactions based on approvals
-
Verify the accuracy of prices and quantities for returned items
-
Generate dumping invoices and track reductions in balances
-
Confirm accuracy of discount prices requested by sales representatives
-
Update system prices as approved and ensure proper reflection of changes
-
Review daily sales journals for accuracy and completeness, flagging discrepancies
-
Create return reports to explain reasons for product returns
-
Verify selling prices before authorizing product transportation
-
Assist billing operators (POS) in posting Retail JV during network downtimes
-
File transactions with supporting documents for recordkeeping
-
Adjust and reallocate customer credit limits in the system
-
Allocate customers to new sales routes or points of sale (POS)
-
Create warehouse codes for new employees and third-party accounts
-
Reassign customers across different regions as needed
-
Monitor and communicate with sales teams about overdue or credit-exceeding customers
-
Allocate receipts against invoices daily in the accounting system
-
Audit daily sales records and investigate discrepancies
Requirements
-
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
-
1–2 years’ work experience in sales coordination, administration, or related functions
