Role Overview
The successful candidate will oversee customer growth, distributor activation, territory expansion, commercial execution, and operational growth systems across assigned markets.
This role combines commercial leadership, territory expansion, customer ecosystem growth, operational coordination, and scalable distributor infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Expansion
- Lead customer acquisition and territory growth initiatives
- Drive lead conversion, distributor productivity, and regional expansion
- Develop strategies that improve customer engagement and commercial performance
- Support scalable market penetration initiatives
Distributor Ecosystem Operations
- Oversee distributor recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention systems
- Monitor distributor productivity and territory engagement
- Coordinate customer and distributor support initiatives
- Support territory growth campaigns and customer ecosystem expansion
Team Leadership & Execution
- Supervise customer-facing and operational teams
- Monitor weekly performance and accountability systems
- Coordinate commercial execution timelines and deliverables
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare weekly commercial performance reports
- Track customer acquisition, distributor activation, and retention metrics
- Identify operational gaps and growth opportunities

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in:

- Strong leadership and execution capability
- Community-commerce or territory growth experience is an advantage
