Job Purpose
The Indoor Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve set targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using effective communication techniques.

Conduct market research to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build trust quickly.

Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
