Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive overall business growth. This role requires expertise in campaign management, market analysis, and team collaboration to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.

• Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to implement effective campaigns.

• Measure, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 – 6 years proven experience in marketing management.

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and industry practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
