Job Purpose
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The role involves building lasting relationships with medical practitioners, ensuring product awareness, and driving sales performance to achieve business growth in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.

Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions for medical practitioners.

Plan and execute territory coverage strategies to maximize outreach.

Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, leads, and sales activities.

Ensure compliance with ethical sales practices, company policies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical marketing is an advantage.

Entry-level candidates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
