Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano & Enugu

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving distributor recruitment, distributor activation, customer acquisition, customer retention, sales growth, and territory expansion activities.

This is a performance-driven commercial growth role focused on measurable territory performance and scalable distributor engagement systems.

Key Responsibilities
Distributor Growth & Activation
  • Recruit and onboard new distributors
  • Support distributor activation, reactivation initiatives, growth, and leadership development
  • Maintain engagement with inactive or low-performing distributors
  • Support distributor productivity and territory performance growth
Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth
  • Convert leads into paying customers and active distributors
  • Drive territory customer acquisition initiatives
  • Support repeat purchase and customer retention activities
  • Build strong customer and distributor relationships
Territory Growth & Community Commerce
  • Coordinate community-led growth initiatives
  • Support onboarding and engagement activities
  • Organize customer and distributor activation campaigns
  • Support regional market penetration initiatives
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare weekly territory growth and sales reports
  • Track distributor acquisition and customer conversion metrics
  • Maintain CRM and engagement records
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience in:
    • Sales
    • Customer acquisition
    • Business development
    • Territory growth
    • Distributor management
    • Onboarding
    • Community commerce operations
  • Experience within retail, FMCG, beauty, wellness, telecom, fintech, or consumer-focused industries is an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Grassroots growth or field sales experience preferred
