Job Summary

Didii is seeking an experienced Payments & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic relationships across banking, payment infrastructure, and biller networks.

The ideal candidate will own key commercial partnerships, negotiate payment terms and SLAs, and ensure seamless integration across all payment rails that power the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with banking partners, payment switches, and financial institutions
• Negotiate fee structures, commercial terms, and SLAs to optimize unit economics
• Source and close new biller partnerships including utilities, telecoms, and digital service providers
• Coordinate closely with finance teams on settlement, reconciliation, and transaction flows
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new payment partners
• Maintain and expand a strong network of decision-makers within the financial ecosystem
• Support strategic initiatives to improve payment infrastructure reliability and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in payments, partnerships, or business development within a Nigerian PSP, bank, or fintech
• Strong understanding of payment systems, banking operations, and settlement processes
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and close high-value partnerships
• Established network within CBN-licensed financial institutions is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and financial models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated track record of closing strategic partnerships in fintech or payments
