In-Store Credit Sales Officer Job in Port Harcourt

Rumudara, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions and oversee in-store credit sales.

• Assess and verify customers’ credit eligibility according to set policies.

• Maintain updated records of all credit transactions and balances.

• Monitor repayment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Generate periodic reports on credit sales activities.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation of records.

• Build and sustain good customer relationships while applying credit policies.

• Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or credit control (pharmacy background is an added advantage).

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.

• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.

Salary:

₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
