Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Acquisition
- Attend meetings, events, and trainings to stay updated on industry trends.
- Present, promote, and sell ISN products to existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through cold calls, office visitations, emails, and proposals.
- Implement ISN’s sales strategies in line with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and expand customer database within assigned territory.
- Consistently promote ISN diagnostic products to boost awareness and revenue.
- Recommend product offerings and promotional sales programs to new and existing customers.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets to increase sales volume.
- Understand and adapt to local buying behaviors to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve or surpass sales outcomes within deadlines.
Relationship Management
- Manage unique customer expectations to improve pre- and post-sales relationships.
- Build and sustain positive business and customer relationships.
- Liaise with the Key Accounts team to resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Reporting
- Monitor market potentials, track sales activities, and prepare status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, challenges, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- 3–5 years’ sales experience in medical laboratory or diagnostic equipment (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic instruments.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to support customers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
