Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Supervise daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
  • Enforce company standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and quality.
  • Maintain liquor inventory and implement strict controls.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and food & beverage orders.

Team Leadership

  • Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Motivate, train, and develop servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Foster teamwork, hospitality, and accountability.
  • Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and food quality.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Continuously improve F&B offerings based on guest feedback and trends.
  • Guarantee a warm and friendly welcome for all guests.

Financial Management

  • Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and drive revenue via upselling and promotions.
  • Monitor procurement and stock levels to minimize wastage.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in F&B management, preferably in hotels or upscale dining.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality software.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly.
