Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Spa Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide relaxing and therapeutic massage services while ensuring a high-quality spa experience for clients.

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of massage treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-prepared treatment environment
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times
• Follow spa policies, standards, and professional ethics
• Promote spa services, packages, and products where appropriate
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences

Requirements:

• Certification in Massage Therapy or a related field
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is an advantage
• Good knowledge of various massage techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a spa or luxury wellness environment
• Basic knowledge of beauty or spa treatments
• Ability to upsell services and recommend products
