• From globally enjoyed brands like Guinness, Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Captain Morgan, and Gordon’s, Diageo boasts a portfolio of premium drinks. Our Marketing teams play a pivotal role in ensuring these brands embody their purpose, remaining integral to celebrations worldwide.
• Working with these iconic and innovative brands, you’ll be motivated to excel and establish the groundwork for your Marketing and Commercial Capability. These foundational skills will propel you to specialize in a particular Marketing area within Diageo after the two-year programme.
• We aim to nurture future “General Managers” for our brands: individuals adept at balancing futuristic strategic thinking with immediate business performance comprehension.
• Crafting compelling narratives to bolster our existing brands’ strength is pivotal to their sustained success – some of which have a legacy spanning over 250 years. Moreover, you might even contribute to the launch of a new brand. As part of a team, you’ll employ your creativity, foresight, and innovative mindset to breathe life into our brands.
• During this two-year rotational programme, you’ll partake in two different roles, gaining experience across various Marketing disciplines, including media planning and execution, social media, innovation, budget management, business performance analysis, shopper marketing, and activation.
