• The programme provides exposure to various specialties such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Sustainability, Engineering, Technical, and Planning & Logistics.

Typical rotations encompass:

• Planning and Logistics: Here, you’ll drive product and material availability across our supply chain to meet customer demands, working closely with our Logistics team managing warehousing, transport, and delivery.
• Manufacturing: Responsible for ensuring top-quality, efficient product manufacturing, you’ll be at the core of our operations, refining your leadership skills.
• Procurement: Opportunity to uphold Diageo’s reputation across our supply base, ensuring our present and future needs are met through services, partnerships, and products.
• Sustainability: Engage with our entire value chain, encompassing people, resources, and the environment, contributing to our success from sourcing to consumption.
• Technical: Work alongside specialists in various technical fields, driving innovation, safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
