Marketing Associate (Remote)

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and creative Marketing Associates to drive product awareness and adoption of PoS Terminals across Lagos Island. The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing and communication skills with creativity and a results-driven mindset. This role is primarily remote, but may require occasional physical presence for field marketing activities, client visits, or in-person training sessions.

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase PoS adoption.
• Identify and target new business opportunities and customer segments.
• Create brand awareness through field marketing and customer engagement.
• Support the sales team with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable market feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and marketing skills.
• Must own a smartphone and be familiar with digital tools and online marketing.
• Prior experience in marketing, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
• Must reside in Lagos.
