About the Position:

Qilo is searching for a Marketing Lead to shape our creative marketing strategies and drive the growth of our brand. This role plays a crucial part in defining how we connect with our community and communicate our mission of offering affordable, accessible obesity care.

Your Role:
  • Lead our marketing initiatives, aligning them with our mission to combat obesity in underserved communities.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns that educate and engage our audience, resulting in increased program enrollment.
  • Develop targeted user segments to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of our outreach.
  • Analyze customer journeys to optimize the conversion path from awareness to action.
  • Conduct market research and user interviews to refine our brand messaging and ensure it resonates with our target demographic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that align with Qilo’s goals and values.
  • Evaluate marketing channel performance, prioritize organic growth strategies, and explore new growth channels.
  • Stay updated on public health marketing trends and competitor strategies to maintain Qilo’s leadership in the field.
Your Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in health, wellness, or community outreach.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for identifying challenges and devising strategic solutions.
  • Agility and willingness to adapt quickly, prioritizing impact and learning.
  • In-depth knowledge of success metrics for various marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, SEO, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
