Job Description

The Production/Procurement Manager will assume responsibility for overseeing all facets of production and procurement processes within our clothing manufacturing company. This entails managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely and cost-efficient production, and upholding stringent standards of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the entire production process, from initial design to the final product.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and supplies.
• Monitor production workflow and make adjustments to schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our rigorous standards.
• Collaborate with other managers to streamline production and procurement processes.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Work closely with team members to forecast demand and determine appropriate supply volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Production/Procurement Manager in the clothing industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in managing and leading a team to achieve production and procurement goals.
• Thorough understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Exceptional negotiation and networking capabilities.
