Sales Associate (Remote)

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Associates to promote and sell PoS Terminals to businesses across Lagos Island. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is primarily remote, but may require occasional in-person meetings with clients or attendance at training sessions when necessary.

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell PoS Terminals to business owners, retailers, and agents.
• Identify and onboard businesses in need of payment solutions.
• Provide onboarding support and handle customer inquiries.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
• Must reside in Lagos.
• Previous experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with fintech or payment solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
