Description
The APM Terminals Graduate Trainee Programme is a two-year initiative designed to shape the next generation of logistics leaders. The program serves as a launchpad for ambitious graduates to build strong careers in logistics, providing real-world experience, skill development, and mentorship opportunities with seasoned industry experts.
During the 24-month training period, participants will undergo job rotations, handle special projects, receive mentoring, and participate in periodic performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
- One to two years of post-NYSC experience.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
- Programme will be available in Onne, Apapa, and Kano.
- Programme commences in January 2026.
