Job Title: Management Trainee Programme
Locations: Ikeja, Lekki, Admiralty, Festac, and Maryland – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Programme Overview
The Management Trainee Programme is a 12-month structured leadership development initiative designed to prepare high-potential graduates for future managerial roles. Trainees rotate across departments, gain hands-on operational experience, and develop strong business and leadership capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Rotate across departments such as operations, sales, and HR
- Shadow senior managers and learn leadership practices
- Support daily operations including reporting, scheduling, and client management
- Lead and participate in special projects and process improvements
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and training activities
- Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum Second Class Upper) or HND in Accounting, Food Science, Supply Chain & Inventory Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Completion of NYSC programme
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools

This programme is strictly for graduates who have completed NYSC and graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper in the specified disciplines.
