Job Title: Management Trainee Programme
Locations: Ikeja, Lekki, Admiralty, Festac, and Maryland – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Programme Overview

The Management Trainee Programme is a 12-month structured leadership development initiative designed to prepare high-potential graduates for future managerial roles. Trainees rotate across departments, gain hands-on operational experience, and develop strong business and leadership capabilities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Rotate across departments such as operations, sales, and HR
  • Shadow senior managers and learn leadership practices
  • Support daily operations including reporting, scheduling, and client management
  • Lead and participate in special projects and process improvements
  • Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and training activities
  • Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum Second Class Upper) or HND in Accounting, Food Science, Supply Chain & Inventory Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Completion of NYSC programme
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools

This programme is strictly for graduates who have completed NYSC and graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper in the specified disciplines.
