Job Summary
The Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop future business leaders through structured rotations across key business functions. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in sales, retail operations, supply chain, customer experience, and business development while contributing to operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational programme across key business functions
- Complete rotations within sales operations, warehouse and distribution teams, and other assigned departments
- Gain hands-on experience in product management, inventory coordination, after-sales support, and channel operations
- Work across retail outlets, service centres, warehouses, and regional offices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, finance, logistics, and technical support
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency
- Contribute to projects that enhance sales performance and product availability
- Deliver assigned tasks with professionalism, innovation, and measurable business impact
Requirements
- Minimum of an MSc in Operations Support or MBA from a recognized institution
- 3–4 years relevant experience in operations, customer service, sales support, administration, or business development
- Experience within the consumer electronics, retail, or related industry is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Must not be older than 33 years
