Job Title: Management Trainee – Global Graduate Programme 2026

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Programme Overview

The Global Graduate Programme is an 18-month structured rotational programme designed to develop future leaders. It combines hands-on experience, world-class training, and international exposure, enabling participants to contribute meaningfully from day one while building strong business and leadership capabilities.

Participants will also attend a two-week Graduate Academy, including a one-week session in London, where they will engage with global peers and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing (Make): Gain hands-on experience in production processes
  • Planning: Learn to balance supply and demand effectively
  • Logistics: Understand supply chain flow and operational strategy
  • Procurement: Support sourcing, innovation, and supplier partnerships
  • Service: Contribute to customer-focused and global business service operations
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Completion of NYSC programme
  • Maximum of 3 years post-graduate experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or supply chain is an advantage
  • Willingness for national and international mobility
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
