Job Summary

Jamub Group is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy HR Graduate Trainee to join its team. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in HR operations, supporting the HR department while developing essential professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee data management, record-keeping, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Support the recruitment team in various administrative and operational tasks.

  • Utilize Excel to track HR metrics, generate reports, and analyze data.

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Learn and use HR systems and software effectively.

  • Assist with HR-related technical tasks and troubleshooting.

  • Participate in special projects, including employee engagement and HR process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field with 0–2 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).

  • Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new HR systems and tools.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR and technology.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
