The Place is seeking a smart, analytical, and highly motivated graduate to join its team as a Business Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will support business growth initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, operational insights, and environmental scanning.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market reviews locally and internationally
- Carry out competitor intelligence gathering and ongoing competitor analysis
- Provide insights and recommendations from competitive analysis to support business growth

- Conduct field visits and internet research to identify competitors across various locations

Requirements
