Job Summary

Didii is seeking a smart, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to help transform data into strategic business insights. The successful candidate will analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, and market opportunities to support business growth, product optimization, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user data, transaction flows, and market trends to support product and business decisions
• Build dashboards and reports for operational and strategic insights
• Model financial projections, growth scenarios, and unit economics
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define KPIs and monitor performance
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and actionable insights
• Support business growth initiatives through data-driven analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis, data analysis, or strategy roles
• Experience within fintech or technology companies is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL and at least one data visualization tool such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to convert complex data into clear business narratives and recommendations
• Understanding of the Nigerian fintech landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
