Job Description

BulkWash Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility.
• Supervise and coordinate laundry and administrative staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure customers receive excellent and timely service.
• Monitor the laundry process from receiving through washing, drying, ironing, packaging, and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor inventory, detergents, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and the facility.
• Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, retail, or other service businesses is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Applicants must reside within Egbelu, Ogbogoro, Iwofe, Ada George, or Eliopranwo axis.
