Job Summary
The Place is seeking a smart, analytical, and highly motivated Operations Analyst – Graduate Trainee to support operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will help review operational procedures, analyze business data, identify process gaps, and support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, customer experience, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
General Central Operations
- Review, analyze, and act on customer feedback and compliance audit reports
- Support updates to operational processes, policies, and training materials
- Collaborate with teams to improve operational workflows and execution standards
Technology, Tools & Equipment Standardization
- Conduct operational research using the 5Ms framework (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Money)
- Analyze equipment, tools, and kitchen operational requirements
- Support operational efficiency improvement initiatives
Training & Development
- Support training of production and operations staff
- Assist with development and implementation of training materials
- Help track staff development and operational progress
- Analyze staffing and manning requirements for branch operations
Projects & Process Improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing cost-control strategies
- Support kitchen design review and operational setup processes
- Participate in centralization and process optimization initiatives
- Support new outlet setup including staffing and equipment planning
- Assist in documenting policies aimed at reducing operational waste and improving efficiency
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Engineering / Technology
- Food Science
- Biology / Biochemistry
- Or related disciplines
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong business acumen
- High level of integrity, drive, and commitment
- Must not be more than 26 years old
