Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Project Manager with a strong background in foundation and structural works, and at least 10 years of experience in the construction sector. The successful candidate will oversee project lifecycles, manage resources, and lead a team of engineers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects from planning to completion

• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor budgets

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for updates

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

• Supervise on-site foundation and structural works

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 expatriate engineers for effective coordination and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil engineering project management (must include Nigerian experience)

• Strong background in foundation and structural construction works

• Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage teams and interface with client representatives

Salary

N400,000 – N500,000 monthly
