Key Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration
-
Install and configure ISP services at customer premises, including internet connectivity, routers, modems, and networking equipment.

Follow technical guidelines and company standards for accurate setup.

Test and verify installations to meet speed, reliability, and quality benchmarks.

Educate customers on equipment use and maintenance.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

Diagnose and resolve connectivity, equipment, and service issues.

Respond promptly to service requests and customer complaints.
-
Collaborate with internal teams (support, network operations) for escalations.

Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions.
Customer Service and Communication

Ensure positive customer experience during installations.

Explain technical information in simple terms for non-technical customers.
-
Recommend upgrades, optimizations, or additional services.
-
Share customer feedback with sales/account teams to support upselling opportunities.
Quality Assurance and Compliance

Complete installations in line with company and regulatory standards.

Conduct audits and quality checks on services provided.
-
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
-
High school diploma; technical certifications or degree preferred.
-
Proven experience in network installations (ISP or telecom environment).

Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routers, switches, modems, and cabling.

Proficient in troubleshooting connectivity issues and technical problems.

Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS, and diagnostic tools.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in the field.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
-
Physical ability to handle networking equipment during installations.
