Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with company objectives.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and on-boarding.
• Manage employee records, payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
• Lead training, development, and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational standards.
• Address employee relations matters and guide both management and staff.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Prepare and deliver periodic HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3–10 years of proven work experience.
