Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote

Job Summary

Didii is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of its conversational financial experience. The role involves shaping how users interact with money through intuitive interfaces, strong design systems, and emotionally engaging product experiences tailored for real-world Nigerian users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design for core conversational interfaces and payment workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity production-ready designs in Figma
• Build and evolve a scalable design system including components, tokens, and motion principles
• Conduct user research and usability testing with real users to improve product experience
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to define product direction
• Translate complex financial flows into simple, intuitive, and accessible user experiences
• Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints and design assets
• Design for emerging market constraints including low-end devices, data limitations, and accessibility needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in product design (fintech, consumer apps, or conversational products preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Figma with a systems-thinking approach
• Proven portfolio showing end-to-end product design thinking (not just UI visuals)
• Experience designing for emerging markets or understanding of constraints like data cost, device diversity, and accessibility
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user behavior
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
• Experience with design systems and scalable product architecture is a strong advantage
