Role Overview

The HR/Admin Senior Officer will oversee HR operations, employee engagement, expatriate processes, and administrative support across the organization. The role demands a proactive individual with solid HR expertise, excellent administrative skills, and hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of expatriate management processes such as visas, CEPAC, work permits, and immigration compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit management.
  • Handle expatriate processes such as Visa applications, CEPAC processing, work permits, and immigration compliance.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with Nigerian labor laws.
  • Drive employee performance management, learning & development, and retention strategies.
  • Supervise administrative functions, office management, and expatriate housing arrangements.
  • Coordinate payroll support, staff welfare, and statutory compliance (Pension, PAYE, NHF, etc.).
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
  • Manage vendor contracts related to HR/Admin functions.
  • Support workforce planning and ensure operational efficiency.
Smart KPIs
  • Recruitment Timeliness: Fill ≥ 90% of vacant roles within 30–45 days.
  • Employee Retention: Maintain annual voluntary turnover ≤ 5%.
  • Expatriate Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with Visa, CEPAC, and work permit requirements.
  • Policy Adherence: Maintain ≥ 95% adherence to HR/Admin policies.
  • Administrative Efficiency: Ensure timely provision of expatriate housing, utilities, and tools.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR/Admin experience, including 3 years in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience with expatriate management and immigration liaison.
  • Must reside in Lagos or Ogun State, preferably near Mowe.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor and immigration laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
