Programme Overview

MTN’s Global Graduate Development Programme seeks to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates from across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle East. The programme offers a unique experience that fast-tracks talented individuals into critical roles within MTN.

The programme combines both formal learning through the MTN Academy and on-the-job development via full employment and strategic placements. The formal component includes modules at MTN’s three regional learning centres located in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa.

Learning experiences include immersive activities, digital and media-based modules, and engagement via social platforms. On-the-job development occurs locally in MTN’s operating companies through job rotation, executive interactions, mentoring, and coaching.

The MTN Graduate Programme offers exceptional graduates a chance to build a career in a company shaping Africa’s digital and economic future.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit, obtained no earlier than 2023.
• Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) by September 2025 with a valid certificate.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid international passport.
