Description

The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is a 24-month initiative designed to help young professionals grow faster at the early stage of their careers.
During the program, participants will experience a structured rotational track or a specialized functional track, allowing them to explore different business areas within Schneider Electric.

Trainees will handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working with stakeholders globally.

  • Must be a recent graduate (2025 academic year) or graduating within the next 6 months.
  • Must be available and willing to work onsite.
  • Strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
